How to Achieve Long and Lush Eyelashes

All ladies want longer and thicker eyelashes. But somehow, not so many of them are willing to spend a lot of cash on lash extensions, and nor do they have the time or energy to apply false lashes day to day. Of course, we all know that having such gorgeous lashes with length and volume are the key to making your eyes look larger, thereby giving your face an instant brightening effect. Fortunately, there are easier ways of achieving this effect

Good Old-fashioned Curling

Curling your lashes is still the first and most basic step to making your lashes look thicker and longer. Get a lash curler with a soft rubber tip, which does the job best. Start by putting the curler at the bottom of your lashes, holding it for around five seconds. Now move the curler to the middle of your younique lashes, holding for five more seconds. Then repeat the procedure, starting with the tip.

The Two-Part Mascara Magic

First and foremost, you'd like to apply a thickening mascara using a big wand. Keyword is "big" because that means a lot of the product will be added to your lashes, giving them a much fuller look. The second mascara will work to add length and should be applied using a skinny wand. Because of its being skinny, the wand is able to get into the base of the lashes, allowing it work add the extra length.

Black Gel Eyeliner

Using a black gel liner to your upper waterline adds depth to the base of your eyelashes by darkening it. That helps in making your eyelashes look thicker. Do this by getting an dipping an eyeliner pencil into a good water-resistant eyeliner, and then using it to line your lashline's upper rim. If you can handle it, do the same with the lower waterline too. To make your lashes look even fuller, add more under the eye coming in around halfway.

These three tricks should create a dramatic difference in your eyelashes. But of course, they will require practice. Don't be frustrated if it doesn't come out right the first time. Remember that the eyes can be a very sensitive area, so it might take you longer to practice until you get the trick perfectly.

In any case, make sure you're using clean makeup because the eyes can be a catch basin for bacteria coming from contaminated products. But as long as you're using safe mineral liquid foundation makeup, you just have to master the tricks and you'll have those big, round and gorgeous eyes to see the world with.
